Turnaround depends on the service. AI Photos are delivered in 24–48 hours. Visualizers take 3–5 days. AI Video Ads take 2–4 days. Graphics & logos take 1–3 days. Rush delivery is available — just mention it when you reach out.
We accept payment via M-Pesa, PayPal, and Upwork. For new clients we typically require 50% upfront, with the balance on delivery. Returning clients may have flexible terms.
Every package includes at least 1 round of revisions. The Professional AI Ads package includes 2 rounds. Major scope changes beyond the agreed brief may incur additional fees, but we always discuss this upfront — no surprises.
For videos you get MP4 (up to 4K). For photos you get high-res PNG or JPG. For logos & graphics you get PNG, JPG, and editable vector files (AI or SVG). All files are delivered via Google Drive or WhatsApp.
Yes — once payment is complete, you own full commercial rights to use the deliverable for YouTube, social media, ads, print, or any business purpose. Just let us know your intended use during the brief so we can optimize accordingly.
